On Saturday the 7th of July, gymnast and seven-time Olympic medallist Simone Biles and NFL safety Jonathan Owens said their vows in Cabo, Mexico, in front of 144 guests. Simone and Jonathan first came across each other on the dating application Raya in 2020, with the gold medalist making her first move before sliding into Jonathan's DMs Though Biles was too young to participate in the 2012 Olympics, when she turned sixteen, in March 2013, she was almost immediately chosen for the national senior team, medaling at meets in Jesolo, Italy, and Chemnitz, Germany. Simone Biles Owens and Jonathan Owens got married a third time during a destination wedding in Mexico. Vogue says that they got married at Cabo. The destination wedding was attended by more than 144 guests. It was only two weeks after their intimate courthouse wedding ceremony in Houston on the 22nd of April. Simone Biles and Jonathan Owens were the first couple to have their wedding in Texas courts back in 2023, were again able to celebrate with a second ceremony. Page Six reports that on May 6 2023, the Olympic gymnast and NFL Star were married in Cabo, Mexico.
